Abstract
It is the CPC’s unwavering aspiration and mission to build China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious, and beautiful by the middle of the twenty-first century. Modernizing the systems and capabilities of ecological governance is the only way and necessary guarantee for building a beautiful China.
