Hernandulcin (Sesquiterpene)

Abstract

Hernandulcin is a bisabolane type of sesquiterpene which is 1000 times sweeter than sucrose and found in Lippia dulcis Trevir (Verbanaceae). This is a perennial woody herb and native of southern and central America [1].
