Abstract

The power system of five-axis CNC machine tool is designed to determine the maximum machining working space with alloy steel material and maximum overall dimension. Based on the analysis and calculation of machining process parameters, the cutting force, cutting speed, power and torque are checked. From the analysis and calculation of material cutting force to the design of power system, the stability and accuracy of machine tool machining can be improved.
