Abstract

The visual command and dispatch in the field of public security refers to the comprehensive utilization of existing network technology, computer technology, multimedia technology and other information technologies, based on resource databases, and fusion of business systems such as PGIS application systems [1], emergency resource systems [2], and emergency plan systems [3]. This article starts from the overall architecture of the public security visual command and dispatch system, and designs the system’s resource access module, resource management module, intelligent analysis module, visual display module, and command dispatch module. The system realizes the command and dispatch functions of collecting and analyzing emergency data, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources, helping public security to carry out business work quickly and efficiently, and has practical application value.
