Abstract
With the development and popularization of cloud computing, the fixed cost of the online system is almost reduced to zero. In the past, because of the high cost, electronic file technology, which can not be widely used, has entered people’s vision. This paper first summarizes the main contents of cloud computing and electronic learning files, analyzes the current situation of oral English teaching, and then puts forward the oral English teaching mode based on electronic learning files in the cloud computing environment, and conducts an empirical study. The results are of great significance to promote the research of Cloud Computing Assisted English education and serve the oral English teaching. At the same time, it proves that the oral English teaching mode based on electronic learning files is of great practical significance in the information-based teaching reform of colleges and universities in China.
