Abstract

The research on the efficacy of intelligent clothing has been a hot topic at home and abroad. This topic by sifting through a variety of common different underwear fabrics, including cotton, blended and, polyester fabrics, such as, vertical combustion apparatus using cone calorimeter, air permeability tester, moisture permeability test instrument to study the existing fire underwear market in flame retardant, comfortable, such as performance, compare the difference of different fabrics, it can be determined based on the intelligent fire protection clothing of the polyester fabric carrier to make intelligent fire underwear of ecg monitoring function, the flame retardant performance due to the other two, at the same time comfortable properties such as insulation moisture permeability difference. 100% spandex and 15%–18% per square meter of silver plating are selected as electrodes to realize the long-term monitoring of human heart rate and electrocardiogram image by means of machine stitching.
