Abstract

The paper explores the transformative learning of three college English teachers. The study was conducted to understand how transformative learning contributed to their teaching and researching competences and their ways of thinking. The reflective journals, interviews and classroom observation were used to clarify the phases of their transformative learning and identify the outcomes of their transformative learning.
