Abstract
Conflict matrix is a very frequently used tool in the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). It describes 39 engineering parameters of conflict and 40 principles of invention to establish a corresponding relationship to solve the problem of TRIZ conflict in the design process. The LT table proposed by bartini can get a solution similar to the conflict matrix, in order to make the solution of the conflict problem closer to the Ideal Final Result (IFR), the two methods are combined to search for the key factor X-resources of the Inventive Problem Solving (ARIZ). At the same time, according to the advantages of LT dimension in dimension analysis, the X-resource is further estimated and optimized, which improves the efficiency of X-resource search in ARIZ, and makes the final X-resource characteristics closer to the requirements of ideal solution. Finally, the process of TRIZ conflict X-resource solution based on LT table is summarized. The validity and practicability of the method are verified by the sealing of medical ampoule bottle.
