Abstract

Creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship are the three most important elements in a knowledge-based economy. They are also the buzz words in Taiwan’s educational circles over the past decade. Putting them into practice requires not only belief, enthusiasm and action, but also government policies and an ecosystem to nurture and support the emergence and development of educational innovation and educational entrepreneurs.
