Abstract

The purpose of environmental education is to create solutions for issues related to the environmental issues and to promote the development of human beings. There are diverse views on environmental protection and development. The compromise is ESD; Education for Sustainable Development. ESD is one of keywords of environmental education. In other words, ESD exists within the framework of environmental education. Furthermore, Future Earth is proposed because global environmental issues have not been solved. It has been attempted to create solutions by integrating concepts and many points of view as Future Earth. Therefore, education for Future Earth would require the integration of fields and subjects, otherwise taking various disciplines into consideration.
