Abstract
At the 10th Meeting of the Central Committee of Finance and Economic Affairs, President Xi Jinping pointed out that “Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee has kept a firm grasp on new changes in our stage of development, and given greater weight to gradually achieving the goal of prosperity for all.
