Fundamental Research on Nanomanufacturing

Abstract

Nanomanufacturing, as a basis to support the application of nanotechnology, information technology and biotechnology, mainly researches new methods and processes of nanomanufacturing such as nanostructure growth, processing, modification and assembly, as well as the performance evolution law of structures and devices in the nanoscale manufacturing process. In the past 10 years, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has maintained considerable support for research in the field of nanomanufacturing.
