Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) and Federation of International Gynecologist and Obstetricians (FIGO) define Spontaneous Preterm Labour as ‘Labor resulting in birth before 37 completed weeks (259 days) of gestational age, based on the first day of last menstrual period’.
