Abstract

Uterine inversion is a life-threatening obstetric emergency characterized by collapse of uterine fundus partially or completely such that the inner surface or decidua is visible outside. Its incidence ranges from 1 in 3500 to 20,000 deliveries [1–3] complication but if not recognized timely it leads to severe hemorrhage, shock, and maternal death. So early identification and prompt treatment is mandatory to save the maternal morbidities and mortalities.
