Abstract
Primary snoring, which is defined as snoring ≥three nights per week with less than one episode obstructive apnea hypopnea per hour, has been reported to affect 10%–15% of children. The manuscript started with a typical clinical case and then mainly described the epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, clinical features, physical examination, diagnostic testing, complications, treatment and follow-up of primary snoring in children.
