Abstract

Non-melanotic pigmentary disorders with abnormal deposits often pose a diagnostic challenge to clinicians. This chapter comprises hyperpigmentation of the nail from lead deposition, arsenical melanoderma, arsenic keratosis, localized cutaneous argyria mimicking blue nevus after wearing earrings, chrysiasis, traumatic tattoos, blue eccrine chromhidrosis, alkaptonuria, white paint dot-like lesions of the scrotum, dermatosis neglecta, and terra firme-forme dermatosis.
