Abstract

In this chapter, nail and mucosal pigmentary disorders are elaborately presented, including congenital leukonychia totalis, longitudinal leukonychia, mees’ lines, congenital mees’ lines with reticular periungual hyperpigmentation, half and half nails, melanonychia striata, multiple digit melanonychia by capecitabine, oral melanotic macules, erythrosis peribuccale pigmentaire of Brocq, penile melanosis, smoker’s melanosis, pigmented fungiform papillae of the tongue with lentigines of the lip, acquired linear hyperpigmentation of the lips, atopic labial pigmentation, volar melanotic macules, Bantayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome, and periungual hyperpigmentation.
