Abstract
The chemical and physical properties of a substance or material are here collectively referred to as physical properties. Chemical bonds, structures, and states also belong to physical properties, which include mechanical, thermal, magnetic, optical, and electrical properties. In addition, the various functions shown by physical effects also belong to physical properties. The properties of the material are inherent in the material itself.
