Abstract

In order to better evaluate the ability value of employees, this paper will combine .Net personnel management system in the evaluation algorithm research, mainly discussed .Net personnel management system characteristics and concepts, after the development of the system design, synchronous introduction of the algorithm, the final system function test, verify whether the system can accurately assess the value of staff ability. Through the test, the accuracy of the calculation results of the evaluation of the ability value of the staff is up to standard, so the system is effective. At the same time, it shows that the design method and algorithm of the system in this paper is correct and has practical value.
