Abstract

This chapter introduces the basic principle of phased array and some key characters. The traditional principle of pattern multiplication is the foundation of the phased array, in which the array factor is the key to beam scan. People try to widen the beam width of the antenna to realize the wide angle scanning array, and our two examples are given.
