Abstract
In law schools, argumentation exercises [Adachi 84, Kitamura 95, Iida 06, Iwata 07, Fukuzawa 10] for acquiring argumentation skills and case studies [Nitta 97] for teaching precedents occupy a large weight, and legal education that integrates argumentation skills and precedent analysis is important.
