Abstract
In the process of the establishment of a company, it is necessary to point out that different types of companies are subject to different requirements and procedures. According to Company Law of the People's Republic of China, there are two basic types of companies: limited liability companies and joint stock limited companies. This section will provide a detailed introduction of the general requirements and steps relating to the establishment of both the limited liability companies and the joint stock limited companies.
