Abstract

Modern logistics industry has become a “driving force” behind economic development and an important indicator of a city’s economic strength (Zhitai in China Econ Trade Herald 6:14–15, 2001). At present, China is undergoing an unprecedented process of urbanization. According to statistics, there are more than 600 cities above the county level in China to constitute a huge urban network.
