Abstract

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has entered a new stage in poverty alleviation and development. With the changes in the characteristics of economic development at different stages, the traditional poverty reduction model can no longer meet the needs of poverty governance in certain areas, leading to the urgent need to transform the theoretical perspective.
