Abstract

In the case where the agreed arbitration institution was not available upon the conclusion of the arbitration clause but had later been established at the time of dispute, the previous indeterminateness of the arbitration institution should be deemed to have been removed, and both parties to the agreement shall apply for arbitration thereby.
