Abstract
Since an adjudicating court is required to strictly observe the allocation of the burden of proof as provided in Article 108 of the Judicial Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Applicability of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, what such court needs to take into consideration in its adjudication is by which way it is capable of determining whether the available evidence is sufficient to such an extent as to prove the alleged facts.
