Abstract
In the field of robotics and automation, all industries are becoming automated for rapid growth and development. In connection with that, here in this proposed work, a robotic arm manipulator is used to pick out small objects and place them in a specified rack on the basis of color identification using machine learning algorithm. The robotic arm and wrist are made to rotate like human hands up to its predefined angles. The color detection is done by a color sensor. Robotic arm is widely used, and it is a preferred in electromechanical machines for many applications as it has similar functions like a human arm. Robotic arm functions are based on the outputs received from the sensors, and accordingly, the robotic arm picks and places the particular object. In addition, here, all the data are updated through Bluetooth technology, and a specific module has been designed for that purpose, and that is how the robotic arm sorts small objects after which it picks and places them in different boxes. The live update of the system is obtained through Bluetooth module which is installed along with. The robotic arm is controlled by a microcontroller-based system which in turn controls servo motors used in base, elbow, wrist and grip.
