Abstract

In the context of economic globalization, many enterprises will encounter more and more risk barriers in the process of development, from small losses to large failures. Therefore, the importance of enterprise agility is becoming increasingly prominent. Taking enterprise A as an example, this study adopts the combination of quality function deployment and multi-attribute decision-making method (FDM, AHP, DEMATAL and GRA) to establish the house of quality model and carry out quantitative measurement analysis. The empirical results show that in the risk environment, when considering the improvement of enterprise agility, the enhancement of production and sales ability and strategic decision-making can be prioritized, so as to reduce the enterprise key risks.
