Abstract

China’s central government has announced the mid- and long-term climate targets of carbon peaks by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. Low-carbon development is not only the task for the energy sector but also for all sectors. It will be the largest influencer for socioeconomic development for the next four decades in China.
