Abstract
To solve the problems of low conversion rate of the sharing service platform, this paper proposes an open science and technology sharing service platform which integrates resource retrieval, technology consulting, technology finance, qualification certification, entrepreneurial incubation etc. based on traditional technology sharing service model. The distributed shared collaborative technology service resource pool and independent service transaction and review system are constructed based on big data technology. By promoting the rapid connection and matching the demand and supply under precise services, this platform provides more standardized and efficiently technological services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
