Abstract

Midface area are composed of complex structures including skin, tear trough, orbicularis retaining ligament, zygomaticocutaneous ligament, suborbicularis oculi fat (SOOF) and orbicularis oculi muscle. In this chapter we propose safe filler injection of tear trough deformity, anterior malar augmentation, and lateral cheek correction.
