Abstract
The most tragic filler complications are skin necrosis and ocular complications. In this chapter, we propose ABC techniques for prevention of ocular complication which are knowing anatomy, aspiration test, use big cannula, compression, direction, emergency kit, filler injection technique, gentle injection and history of prior operation.
