Abstract
The paper of Professor Dr. Walter H. Rechberger sets out, inter alia, the special features extant in Austrian law to facilitate the operation of an effective enforcement system. In Austria, as in other jurisdictions, before commencing an execution procedure, a creditor needs to know the details of the assets of a debtor.
