Abstract
The subject dealt in the above-mentioned paper has gained in importance, since the corona pandemic changed daily life circumstances worldwide. Most dramatic changes can be witnessed in the economy, with especially medium and small companies or self-employed people, who run very small businesses in order to earn their livelihood. After half a year of severe restrictions set up by the government, many companies etc. struggle to survive or went bankrupt, despite the massive financial support policy. In consequence, creditors have difficulties to collect their debts, like rental fees and unpaid bills for delivered goods, and debtors look to get rid of their debts—which is not easy because it would need to carry out a bankruptcy procedure.
