Abstract

The fourth chapter, Brazil and India: key countries for global energy structures, first addresses the general aspects of the two countries, emphasizing the commonalities between them as well as their unique characteristics. Then, in the second section, a comparative study about Brazilian and Indian energy profiles is presented considering the complexity of the global scenario. The last section presents Brazil and India in the context of renewable energy.
