Abstract
Clarification of what constitutes a challenge in this work is provided in Chapter 6, which presents the obstacles that healthcare professionals and families encountered according to healthcare professionals. The chapter presents the wide variety of issues that needed to be faced and overcome so that appropriate treatments, care, and supports could be provided both within the context of the healthcare service where the patient presented but also beyond, both geographically and temporally.
