Abstract
In this chapter, gender segregation in men-dominated professional fields is analyzed, as well as how it hampers the growth of women professionals.

It can be tested by the samples that 35.9% men thought there was discrimination against women while 48% women thought so. Obviously, this difference was not because men and women professionals came from different institutions.
