Abstract
Global climate change and its impact are issues concerned gravely by the international community. Under the background of climate change, extreme weather and climate events such as heat waves, droughts, and floods have occurred more and more frequently worldwide, and the impacts of climate change on the human living environment and the development of society and economy have become increasingly significant.
