Abstract

Under multi-MHz high-frequency conditions, in addition to higher switching loss, the loss of the driving circuit also increases rapidly with the increment of the switching frequency. How to reduce the driving loss is also a main concern of multi-MHz DC–DC converters. In this Chapter, different resonant driving methods will be introduced in detail, which can help to reduce driving loss.
