Abstract
The rectifier plays the role of transferring AC component into DC component in the multi-MHz DC–DC converter. Based on the duality principle, the resonant rectifier circuit can be derived from the inverter circuit. For the resonant rectifier stage, the Class E type rectifiers are mostly adopted. Among them, two different types of current-driven resonant rectifiers will be analyzed in this Chapter.
