Abstract
Management needs should be planned ahead of the problem. The project forms an integral part of project governance . If there is no control over the project, it is not realistic to simply expect positive surprises. Control is not a one-time activity.
Kindly yet awe-inspiring, the way of the king will be complete.
If the king does not give pleasure to the people, they will not grieve for him. If he does not let them live, they will not die for him.
