Abstract
Over 70% of the Earth’s surface is covered with oceans rich in renewable and nonrenewable energy, which plays an important role in regulating the global climate. The ocean microwave remote sensing satellite system has become an irreplaceable high-tech means to understand, research, develop, utilize, and manage the ocean by its advantages of all-time, all-weather, large area, multi-scale, synchronization, fast, high frequency, short-cycle, long-term continuous observation, etc., that is not limited by geographical location and human conditions, as well as the coverage ability of critical environmental and politically sensitive sea areas.
