With the accelerated breakthroughs and applications of the new-generation information technology represented by AI and quantum information, the world is witnessing the economic development dominated by information technology. With new industries, new operations, and new models, IT is playing an increasingly important role in the transformation and updating of traditional industries, and digital economy is becoming the new drive of the global economic resurrection.
