Abstract

China’s Open-up is a brand-new strategic path for navigating its relations with the world, substantially facilitating the constructive interaction between China and other countries. After 40 years of opening up to the outside world, China’s comprehensive national strength has improved radically; the market economy is increasingly sophisticated. China has become closely integrated with the world and a decisive force in international affairs. All of the abovesaid factors form a solid foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Open-up was key to China’s economic growth over the past 40 years and in the same vein, high-quality development of China’s economy in the future can only be achieved with greater openness.

To be a ruler, one must spread his benevolence to all.
