Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, the Central Leadership with Xi Jinping as the core has been attaching importance to cybersecurity, and has launched a series of measures and laws in terms of the construction of cybersecurity mechanisms and systems, industrial and technical development, cyber protection capacity improvement and talent production, and security awareness education.
