Abstract
Rural E-commerce has gradually become a brand-new driving force to promote rural economic development and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of rural E-commerce, this paper constructs a model of rural E-commerce ecosystem on the basis of system dynamics from the dynamic relationship among the four elements of economic ecology, political ecology, cultural and educational ecology and industry ecology. Taking the rural E-commerce ecosystem in minority regions of Gansu Province as an example, this paper puts forward a multi-level mixed strategy to realize the sustainable development of rural E-commerce ecosystem from the aspects of government investment, national policy, industry environment and talent innovation through policy simulation and simulation research.
