Abstract
Through structure-activity relationship studies of NK3R antagonists, two types of novel NK3R antagonists that were converted into their inactive forms via air oxidation and sunlight exposure under environmental conditions were developed. These findings could lead to the discovery of compounds with reduced environmental impact.
