Abstract

Hydrogen is considered to be an important green energy source in the 21st century. Hydrogen has storable properties and, with hydrogen-electrical interchange, will be one of the most important storage energy sources of the future. With the gradual maturity of hydrogen energy application technology and the continuous increase of global pressure on climate change, the development of hydrogen energy industry has attracted much attention. Japan, the United States, the European Union and other developed countries or regions have upgraded the development of hydrogen energy industry to the height of national energy strategy. It has taken substantial steps in the application of hydrogen energy industrialization. Both the government and industrial capital are actively deploying and promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry. Especially in the field of energy transportation, hydrogen energy is playing an increasingly important role, gradually starting a revolution in energy transformation in the fields of transportation. Global hydrogen is in the best period of development (Wang et al. 2017).
