Abstract

With the development of society, human resources has become the core of today’s society, reasonable management and development of human resources can improve the efficiency of enterprises and promote the development of the economy. Human resource management system is a modern way of human resource management using information and computer technology to achieve the best integration of human resources and efficient management. According to the needs of enterprises, this paper takes information management as the basis and personnel management as the goal to collect, store and modify the information of personnel of various enterprise organs, and timely reflect the information of personnel deployment and personnel training. This paper adopts B/S mode in the implementation of the system, J2EE development framework, unified modeling language to analyze the system, and Oracle server for the database. Through testing, the system has the advantages of flexible structure, reusability, easy maintenance, good expansibility and friendly interface. The research of this paper realizes the information-based management of information mobilization and training of enterprise personnel, records the dynamic of each employee in the unit, and has certain flexibility. Therefore, the research in this paper is feasible in both technical and practical aspects and has certain practical significance.
