Analysis and Enlightenment of New Media Editor Talent Demand Based on Python

Abstract

The cultivation program of new media editor talents must be conducted based on the needs and requirement analysis of its labor market. This article mainly uses Python to crawl and clean data from four mainstream recruitment websites, such as Lagou.com, Zhaopin, 51job.com, and Liepin.com. It has gained 5,381 pieces of data highly correlated with “new media editors”. Through the analysis of the data, the distribution of the demand for new media editors in different cities, industries, work experience and education levels and salary levels were discovered. Through the jieba segmentation, new media editor position requirements were explored in Business Skills, IT Skills and Calibre. In accordance with the job descriptions, the talent training program for college-related majors under the new media era was constructed, as so a certain basis to be provided for implementing the talent cultivation in the future.
